Beautiful hand embroidered blouse from San Antonino Castillo Velazco, Oaxaca Mexico, the amazing technique on the embroidered on silk thread, the floral pattern is traditional from this area, the details on the crochet are very delicate on the neck and front. 
Those details are very carefully done and take months to do one blouse,  The design cut of the blouse is loose from the chest area finish to the lower area, as you see on the picture where the pleats starts.
