It has a zipper at the bottom. The backside is a multicolor cambaya perfect match with the combination of the embroidery a beautiful soft finished that give an elegant touch to this beautiful pillow. You can fill with any stuffing for cushion selling at the craft store, you can use insert pillow 22"x22" - 23"×23" I used for the picture(recommended).
